A nod, a wink, and a white rabbit pantomime.A Poem by andrew mitchell
A night crawl through the doors -
a mind's odyssey where new horizons tip toe along a crazy world - shades of autumn where another day, another yesterday stays with me, together falling. The razzmatazz of jazz not conforming, our thoughts far too gone in kind, simmer in synaptic entanglements introduced to Hot Heels and Steam Heat, the devil's dance by Madam Delight. The blue sessions begin in flowing rhapsodies surrounding the aura of Lady Lovesport while the piano for lovers paused for feeling saxy. Everyone boogied dazed and confused to the blending of musical souls entranced as the seductive sitar played. Through a thunderbolt of reasoning, stoned I saw clearing skies - a mystic queen high on the funk delving in LSD in an atmospheric sex fusion of enchantment. While one hears the wind of the ceiling fan whisper in voices, the gravitational forces pulls the psychedelic invasion splashing the cranial walls of societies minds in glorious colours. Where someone could have said. " Who saw the moon slide down the rainbow?" To which everyone replied. " Yes! We did!" And everyone believed. But like all good dreams, it was against the clock, and in an instant underneath the stars it was all gone....
