A high rise fall.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Peak not
the climb
to the top
for the drop
is just as steep.

what goes up must come down. the higher the ascent the steeper the drop. applicable to many things. nice to have a golden parachute. good stuff andrew ... :)

Thanks Pete, yes and especially those high rise apartments.
Indeed, and the descent is usually much more rapid than the ascension.

and the drop is much faster and harder at the end, much harder than the journey down.

Thank you Jacob.
Wise wisdom shared my friend. If we climb-up, we must climb back to where we were.Thank you Andrew for sharing your amazing words and thoughts.

You are welcome Andrew.
:) how true how true .. no peaking :) .. its really all about the journey isn't it? the Stock Market is so scary ... i got out completely when i retired ... though 401s and 403Bs are through the roof now ... but as you so succinctly put it .. not a thing to be trusted. :)
