Mind your manors!A Poem by andrew mitchell
In the manor of speaking
one found one's manners impeccably dressed and totally confused. Such manor-isms were of course not acceptable, and all manners were withdrawn from sale in the manor of Speak-a-my language! Don't speak to me in that tone of manors! said the Lady of the Manners. What the dickens is that? It's definitely not Keats! Terrible manors! Where did you say you lived? Down the road at the Manner's court. Why do you ask? Have you lost your manors! The moral in this tale of manors. Remember he or she who speaks in broken English must know a second language.
