Takes all kinds to make a world.

Takes all kinds to make a world.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

I find people fall
into two categories
Kinds or Types.
Types are those marked forbidden,
types you don't mess with -
like those you wouldn't
want to meet in the dark alley
or those you wouldn't
want mother to meet.
These are the types
you print to paper only
for they are not your types.
Then there are
all kinds of people,
the best are two of a kind,
followed by one of a kind
and not one of a kind
 which could be
a  type in a disguise.
The only difference
are the degrees of kindness
they display.
Both are as cruel as each other.
I find myself in the middle
I'm not your type
and I'm not your kind.
Well that's what
the fun police said.
When people say You're not my kind
I quickly reply You're not my type!

Thanks for the smile too Carolyn.
and then you quickly type a poem describing how you classify them...?

very clever here...inspires me to type my own poem about those i thought were my kind, but
weren't.
