Within the deep recesses of our space.

Within the deep recesses of our space.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

What does it matter
between having a
conscience and being
unconscious when
the anaesthetic is applied,
counting to ten -
one, two, thre...e
- the anaesthetised mind
in deep sleep
in a world space
I don't know,
I'll never know,
then I am awakened.
What befalls us
in deep sleep
only sleeping beauty knows.
