A poet's sentence to death!

A poet's sentence to death!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The mind in thought was
an anthology in writing
where the love in vein
was the ink in pen
flowing from the heart

until

the hangman author
ordered the execution:
a sentence to death
in poetic style
to be witnessed
by the readers.

A tough and simple piece that really hammers home the need for, lets say, the old ways, well done, good read.
