The depths of shadow play.

The depths of shadow play.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Beware of your shadow
that runs
when you are walking,
for he who
has no shadow
is no man.

'The depths of shadow play.'
andrew mitchell,
Thankful for the solidarity of our mortality, even so the shadow's essence speaks to our impermanence and reminds us that we are so very mortal. For awhile we are allowed the myriad blessings of every season of life, of every experience. I know that the Lord loves us and desires to show Himself to our need Through His death on the cross for our redemption.

It’s mid winter here. I love wet winters. I’m not a hot summer person. All the best Kathy.
pretty tough to live with a shadow that runs away from us...
it knows something about us we don't and fears it.
