In the ambience of you.A Poem by andrew mitchell
Penetrating the still of you
I saw your tombstone cheerless as the sky in stone, leaden grey, dressed in lichen moss parading in the light of day. I was the swing you the support I needed, but now motionless, I sit in your ambience waiting for the wind. © 2020 andrew mitchell |
