To pick a path.

A shoeless shadow
tired of walking alone, sits
waiting his next move.

It does feel like this at times, doesn't it? Planning moves, and yet getting caught off guard by what lays ahead... have missed reading you, Andrew.

😀"...........
dearest Andrew... it is lonely during this
time of social distance. We drink Tonic water with quinine
and perhaps it helps to fight the Virus. My social life is
mainly at the grocery store six feet apart; then taking my husband to
dialysis three days a week for four years-- only patients go into dialysis
door. Of course Roger has the Nurses and doctors for friends;
but he would rather not be at the Mercy of dialysis. Perhaps we will
eventually be free to breathe and buy shoes for our Shadow. gently, Pat
