A rogue word in a rogue sentence.

A rogue word in a rogue sentence.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

At the correctional
vocabulary station,
September 2020 -
confessions from a sentence.

Caught speeding,
now on the run
failed to stop,
slowed down
by a semi colon
for a pause,
tripped over a comma.
Last seen highlighted,
could be wounded,
intoxicated, and or disorientated,
maybe in need of a spellcheck.

Word update suggests
possibly scrabbled,
gone into hiding,
sent to a email box,
or may have changed
verbally, in which
will never be found.

Found the word f**k
lying around in the system,
but no other words.
Proceed with caution
as this word has mood changes
like the phrase
" F**k off!"

Beware this word f**k
that comes in many meanings,
and or directives being -
used as adjectives or verbs;
this word can be dangerous.

Swear word now in custody.
