The carnage of media hype.

The carnage of media hype.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

In the corridors
of today's macabre
at the top of the stairs
one hears the steps
of a dead-man,
a coffin for the bride,
a murder in mind,
the eyes have it
consumed by chess
its white versus black,
a place to die,
anywhere will do,
the next scream you hear
file it under fear,
if it's an echo
just hangup.

Powerful images in this piece Andrew. Media has become toxic. Best to stay as far away from it as possible. You can't trust media to tell the truth. They are biased in their coverage in their coverage and fake news abounds.
