Where parallel eyes cross.A Poem by andrew mitchell
What answers lie
where parallel eyes cross when the love rolled out from the hermit shell empty? Did the wandering heart find true love on its lonely crusade? Not all was lost for the meandering mind, had a follower - a former shadow of itself. Did anyone hear the teardrop break? And did the flower bloom on yesterday's sadness; on the tear that was shed? Where lives entwined from the ocean of hearts, there was a point of no return, and I felt the wind wrap its arms around me I had lost my shell.
