Within the cerebral hemispheres lies a voice.

Within the cerebral hemispheres lies a voice.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Just between two thoughts
Do you know what I think?
It doesn't matter
what you think,
you'rte just a thought.
I think you are right.
I am just a thought,
but I have a voice,
and I can travel!
Well thought, then just beat it!
It doesn't matter what you think,
you are just a thought,
and I know places
in the cerebral hemispheres
where a thought like yourself
can get lost forever
in the mind's void of nothingness -
totally erased.
How do you know?
Because some of my best thoughts
ended up there never to return.
That's why!
At best you could be replaced
and recalled in some memory.
So my advice to you kid
from one thought to another -
don't think, lie low and
keep your thought to yourself.
But I thought....
Shut up! Put it to paper.
Any thought could be listening.

yes, any thought could be listening...and if we ignore them....the thoughts might just
seek revenge...
we must be careful, we must write.
