On the tides of thought.

On the tides of thought.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

In an ocean of love
lies the cruel sea
and a drowning.
I heard you shouting
I was too tired to respond
sometimes the bad guys win.
When the water was siphoned
many shells of broken hearts
were found alongside
bent cupid’s arrows.
On the blank canvas
a heart was wanted
no one replied
the canvas hangs empty.

Wow! Are you competing with Jacob? This was like his style. Very moving sir Andrew."When the water was siphoned
many shells of broken hearts
were found alongside
