The other side of moonlight.

The other side of moonlight.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

As the setting sun sinks
the greys of shadows rule;
a festive night
in a monolith park,
the rising moon speaks.
“ Come out ye faithfulls and
share a drink of moonshine,
dance in my light
and embrace the spirits
that come out to play.
Jack Frost will be here soon
with other cold delights
to rattle ye bones.”
