In the toss of one's life.

In the toss of one's life.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The coin that had
no head was
foolishly wasted.
One could see the tail
vanish in the distance.
While the pocket
was empty
the mind was full...
of surprises.
In a pocket filled
with tries and tribulations,
a pocketful of common sense
goes further than the truth.
What blows your way
but the prevailing winds
of knowledge or fortune
acquired...
catch me if you can.
Read what you may,
I have nothing to sell
but wisdom said the verse.
