About face in times place.

About face in times place.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Someone said life
was a slow death
where years were multiplied,
while living the life
began subtracting,
and time was
the great divide.
The secret to longevity
was not being
six feet under,
but displayed as
a skeleton in a biology
classroom listening
to idle chatter.

I don't know Andrew. Being the bones hanging in a classroom. Could be a long wait for death. Hello from Michigan and thank you for sharing your amazing poetry and your thoughts.
