Thanks Ted, I’m sort of ok, being demoted at work for lesser duties is a kick in the guts for all the years I’ve worked, and one mistake , it’s taken away from you. Hence the write, I appreciate your visit and for asking, it’s a low point to say the least but that’s life.

Yes, I have been there a few times. You think you're doing a decent job and still ... it is a kick in the nuts to be sure (unless of course you are a lady) but I won't go there.

Choose your mistakes wisely - that is such good advice because we all make them and some mistakes can be brushed aside quite easily., put down to lack of knowledge and we can learn from them. Then others can have huge consequences and can have devastating consequences and linger forever. I am left thinking, may all your mistakes be little ones Andrew. All good wishes.
