The telegraph road on verbal communications.

The telegraph road on verbal communications.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The manner of speaking
depended on
the mood of the day
hearing the vibes
connecting with you.
The rise of your tides
coming in waves
then withdrawing
had me listening
to Morse code
joining the dots
with your lines
where I eventually
heard your footsteps
splashing in the tears
on our return
together.

This is kind of like the vibes we get when we first meet someone. We either connect or we don't at first.

But when we miss someone those waves of morse code are like electrons that meet and immediately hook together. Knowing the missing link that separated them to begin with is no longer incomplete.
