To know your lines.

To know your lines.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Don't mess with my lines,
my lines are arrow tipped,
they have direction,
a purpose to reach
their target, but
not like you,
you are just a line
going nowhere,
a straight ole line,
a thin thread
waiting,waiting;
just a mark.
How dare you
cross my line.

All in all, it's better to be a circle, even if you do get a lot of reruns.

Lol thanks John.
when our lines are kidnapped...
and misused
our real intentions are abused.

Was never good at remembering lines but I could improvise. Thanks J.
You made me smile and laugh with this one. My problem, ain't the lines. Is the people, not moving. Just standing still. Thank you Andrew for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts.

If you are smiling and laughing John , it’s mission accomplished. Thank you John.
