A battle of words.

A battle of words.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

T-Rex had no chance
being illiterate,
uneducated,
just one big
dunderhead dinosaur
against the might
of Thesaurus
who had all the answers
in a battle of words.

T-rex vs Thesaurus . . . the magic & subtlety of your imagination is a key ingredient of your poetry! *smile*

I'm a bit of a sucker for anything involving dinosaurs (I blame my brother for that one), but I would have enjoyed this write even without that. Very clever with the whole thesaurus thing.
