Footloose on the other shoe.

Footloose on the other shoe.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

I met a shoe once
it had walked
a thousand miles,
but little did
he know
he left
the other shoe behind,
footloose and fancy free.

I met a foot once
who walked
a thousand miles
but little did
he know
he was right
to leave that shoe
behind.

What an amazing metaphor for my love life, over the years. It's always left me confounded! Thanks for the smile (((HUGS)))
