Fear is the shadow.

Fear is the shadow.

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Tripped over fear
the other day
fell into the puddle
of secrets
came out dripping
with anxieties.
Eventually, I dried
while gazing
at the blue sky
and so did
the puddle.
Now I’m worried
I can’t see fear
anywhere and
I’m followed
by a aqua blue.

This poem represents the best of what I love about your way of stringing words together. Very smooth transitions in a tumble of ideas. Your point is satisfying & ironic (((HUGS)))
