A haunted landscape

A haunted landscape

A Poem by andrew mitchell

A brush stroke
upon naked intent
the object of my desire
becomes my muse
I wrestle with the idea
and the subject’s components
I ponder on
the body
I had before
in awe of
the beauty
a haunted landscape.
