Riding the carnival of memories

Riding the carnival of memories

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Within the mind
an old fashioned place
I call home
familiar gardens
cultivated thoughts
meander along
paths given.
I’m on a swing
in the moment
and my memories
are pushing me.

I like to attend this carnival. Waive the cover fee if you can. Swings can be entertaining. At least you are overcoming your inertial.
Excellent sir Mitchel.
Happy New Year!
