The canvas presents

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The artist’s pencil draws,
his thoughts silent
but the picture
speaks of volumes:
a mind’s image
taken from
a moment paused,
he colours today.

Good morning Andrew from Spain,
I believe this is the first poem I have read of your??
This one speaks to me and I chose it because of the title... It speaks to me because I am a watercolour artist.
Thank you for sharing,
Lisa
