The Immortal’s war

If man has
a soul
there will always
be war.
From the heavens above
coming directly to you,
this is Sky News.
The war between
immortals continues
as the souls of the righteous
and the Devine
clash with the souls
bent on evil.
Apparently, the evil
immortals were promised
forty virginal brides
upon arrival only
to find this to be
another empty promise -
how this rings true
like another politician’s pledge
of no returns.
Yes! As long as
man continues
to have a soul
there will be unrest
in the heavens tonight.
Will good souls
triumph over evil?
Who knows and
with limited space
there has to be
a War.
It’s how things
work around here
as long as Man
and Beast continue
to rule.
And now for the weather:
due to in house fighting above
climate change will
inherit the Earth.

You have lots of nutcases in many religions. Lots of religious adherents follow like sheep. They need to think, study, compare, go to the root of doctrines, contemplate, sift through, meditate, pray about things, weigh the outcomes...

Thank you Lord Sami for your words. I find if they practice what they preach you get more cruelty, more pain more fear placed on those who are not
religious but good people all the same. Some preachers are hypocrites and follow the dollar more than anything else. To me there is nothing wrong with gays and lesbians in general they are kind , nice people.

As humans we are told we have souls and so we think we have souls in the afterlife but I don’t feel or see evidence of this. We place a lot of emphasis on beliefs and what they do but at the end of the day they are just beliefs. Each to their own I say.

This is pretty timely if you ask me. Supposedly God destroyed the earth with a flood because man became evil, proud, and started wars. It's a good thing he doesn't still contemplate another flood. We'd be in big trouble.

Unfortunately, with the prevailing sentiment of modern society, truth is not necessary for evil to win out.

Evil exists and thrives and it becomes more difficult to get to the truth. The war moves on as it always has ...
