My watch on your watch

My watch on your watch

A Poem by andrew mitchell

I would give
you peace
if I knew
where to
find it.

Behind closed doors
beware of the crack
in the wall
where the light
will come in
and take away
your darkness.

I had only eyes
for the road
but the road
was too long
and I lost
sight of it.

I gave you
time so you
could live
a life,
spend
wisely.

as a friend said after watching the half-time Superbowl show
"there goes another wasted half-hour that I'll never get back"

Haha had plenty of those. Thanks Dave
Sometimes space and breathing time is better than the most heroic of efforts. Darkness will not be forced away.

Most kind Tim, thank you.
we give our time to others, but time itself takes away from what we have left...spend it wisely....
a good sentiment to live by.
