A path more travelled

A path more travelled

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Upon the road
the skin of man
toiled to give
directions.

My thoughts
have travelled
far and wide
without a road.

The path
I chose
is my own -
closed to traffic.

as Dr. Brown said in Back to the Future...

"Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads!"

Haha thanks for the smile J.
I thought here of all the mind travel I do Andrew. Thinking about people and places. What a blessing to be left alone with your own thoughts without fear of being interrupted. I like where this poem took me.
