On both sides of a handshake

On both sides of a handshake

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The hand that held
tomorrow
had a helping hand
from yesterday
brought about by
a handshake today.

Thank you Robert.
Well, good morning dear Andrew...I see you are up...and already on line.
This little poem is so so cleaver... and could mean so many things... makes me think, even this early, and wonder...
The cycle of life is what comes to mind...the hand that helped us and then our hands that help and so on and on and on it goes... Never ending.
I really enjoyed your words,

Amazing poetry and wisdom. You say a lot in the few. The way I see it; we all need a helping hand, a handshake deal, a little advice and support. WE also must rely on good people to achieve our visions.
You are an emperor of poetry indeed.

A generous gift indeed. I like ships of the desert, holy cows, and tasty trees. Lol
