I ticked all your boxes,
you voted for me,
but like all
politicians I
couldn’t keep
my promise
I lied.
I was never
re-elected

with the opposition,

Great , truthful and honest politicians are rare gems to be found and polished for true brilliance. They put visions to work to benefit the populace. They are handle indeed.

Yes clever write Andrew, and oh so very true. I don't know what it is about the current breed of politicians. All I can say is they ain't what they used to be. Integrity these dats has flown out the window. Hope you are OK.

Yes, politicians' promises are made to be broken...
they are fiction....
I think I will vote for the politician who writes non-fiction promises and then follows through
to the conclusion.
