The wet between the eyes

The wet between the eyes

A Poem by andrew mitchell

In the current
a flow of tears
ripples of regret swirl
suspended
holding me under
the pool
I drown
a beacon of light
miles away.

As the Waves splash and crash on the Shore... you will see the Light from Heavens Door... The regrets will disappear and The River of Life will be your Garden where flowers and birds will Rest in the evening glow of Angels playing Harps of Gold. softly, Pat

You’re reviews are much better than the poem itself. Thanks Pat.
That beacon of light is there in the distance, yet it appears to have been missed. Now that is a tragedy.
