True that Emperor Andrew Mitchell. Even kingdoms, rulers, borders, science , relationships and countless more change and evolve for the newness of another. Change can be good or bad depending on the results. Some people like to keep certain traditions though, holding them to high esteem.
You are a wise ruler indeed.
