Discombobulated

Discombobulated

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Through the eyes
of a verse I do see
a perturbed spirit,
a ghost in a sonnet
in a field of words he plays
scrabbling for cover
never a crossword
rings the sounds of dissolution.
In a meaningless piece
gathering no rhyme or reason
where hell is how you make it,
I pronounce this write as
discombobulated
and that's the way
I like it.
