Like all secrets
once said...

there are no colours
when you reach
the rainbow..

no wish comes true
from the wishing well

and every heart
that has ever loved
has or will be
broken.

Thank you Ken.
Is that true? Every single heart has to be broken if it can love? What a rigged game life is.
The second stanza should be a poem all alone. It says so much.
Why doesn't a wish come true from a wishing well? The action empowers the intent, this shifts all the energies, which is magic and a wish is merely an informal invocation (as opposed to a prayer) so it seems like that part is um...questionable? To a pagan at any rate
I had so much fun reading and thinking about this, thank you
