Sweet and sour no rice

Sweet and sour no rice

A Poem by andrew mitchell

If I give you the ocean
will you give me
your love in waves?
If I give you the cleanest air
will you whisper moans
in my ear
of pure contentment?
If I give you my heart
will you nurture and feed it
and bathe in my love?
If I give…..
Will you get your stiletto heel
off my flaming toe!

The counterpoint and return is epic and enigmatic, Andrew! The source of the response is that ocean of love itself and the image as powerful, even to the jarring metaphor of heel to toe! That shall surely garner many a return after the initial retreats to ponder and wrestle. Freds

Wow! Such powerful 👏 display of strong romantic love 💘. You come on as a serious lover. Effective strategy, I may say.
You write ✍ wonderfully.
