Haha, I don't know if this was necessarily intended to be funny but I did smile a little at it nevertheless. Scientifically speaking, it is not necessarily a requirement to have rain to get a rainbow, but water is, so the Wellies would still work out. I find it fun sometimes to just get wet anyways, so I might just leave the umbrella behind. Life is so much about learning how to take the good with the bad. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
