The elusive “what if”

The elusive “what if”

A Poem by andrew mitchell

During the course
of following “what was”
I came to a sudden halt
at “what’s now”
and no where in between
did I find the elusive
“what if”
I ask myself
what now?

All the Wh questions beg answers, worthy or worthless. We are curious creatures, so we need answers. Some arrive at them, others are lost in the search.
An excellent pondering Emperor Andrew.
