When it’s too good to be true

When it’s too good to be true

A Poem by andrew mitchell

The poem content
isn’t available
at the moment.
When this happens,
it’s usually because
the writer only shared
it with a small group
of friends or
changed who can see it
or it’s been deleted.
If you are still
wondering…
it was an excellent poem
a sonnet to die for,
the imagery so real,
each line flowing
into each other,
the rhythm, the dance,
no free verse…
it was terrific.
It was one of a kind,
sorry you missed it.

Once again, the hype precedes the hyperbole leading to the flagrant disappointment of disgruntled masses. It's almost political. (laughing) I enjoyed the read (I saw the actual poem, folks) It was STUNNING! I'm trying to culture at least a bit of jealousy here from the other reviewers. ;o)

Thank you Ken.
Excellent points here and probably some that I have been guilty of as well. Cleverly written. I'd better not give this a small reconstituted review then.

Hahaha thanks Ken for stopping by.
Wow! I agree wholeheartedly. Some readers are shallow ones, others are deep readers who take time and effort to enjoy the wording, message, content, art form.
You are the later. Long live the Emperor.
