Pen vs liquid feasibility

Pen vs liquid feasibility

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Horace once said.
No poem was ever written
by a drinker of water.

So flood the page
by all means
but don’t water your lines down.

For a deep think
I recommend a red wine
possibly a blend.

And for a lighter write
a white wine will do.

A word of caution
write responsibly,
go easy on
the word consumption,
and finally
don’t water and write.

Another tip hiccups
act as pauses of thought.
