Beyond the past he sees mind over matter

Beyond the past he sees mind over matter

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Knowing he had
no control,
he was moving
ever closer
to a place
he’d rather not be,
and yet his alignment
with time will leave
his remains behind
questioning mind
over matter.

I like the metaphor in this...maybe he needs to bring his control into the shop...the part will be cheap but the labor expensive as hell.
