How about that!

A Poem by andrew mitchell

fulfil all objectives
but one had
the time to
think about it.

yes, Andrew ... how about that! ... and think away i do ... it's called "life review" and it is endemic to those of my shared age grouping by Erikson's developmental stages theory ... unless it was just something i thought about :)))))))))))))))))) i try to pick one thing to accomplish in my waking hours ... today i will put a new closer on my storm door ... anything more than that earns me medals
peace brother,
E.

ahahahaha ... God bless her heart!
I love how this poem captures the tension between thought and action. It’s a quiet reflection on how we often have time to ponder life more than to fully live it. A subtle, striking metaphor for the human condition.
