The porch light is on

A Poem by andrew mitchell

Maybe, there are
three roads after all;
the road less travelled,
the road you chose
and finally the road
you could have taken.

I think it depends on how adventurous one wishes to be....Good choices... and difficult to choose; I think I would probably choose the road less traveled, hoping I would find something new and interesting....as long as I don't get completely lost!

Most welcome Andrew!

Well said. We're really just the choices we make now, and not the choices we made or wish me made, aren't we?

Your poem's short, and get it's meaning across in easily digestible terms. Nicely written.

Thank you DoormanDan.
No matter where we are in life. There's always a choice. Like a fork in the road, but the one, less traveled could be risky, yet some people are adventurers and like the challenge of forging their own path. But among these. I think I'd prefer the one with the porch light on, because that would be home for me. Nice write, Andrew.
