A poem I wrote after receiving a poem from a student that she let AI create ;)

Bad Poetry

 

Bad poetry is written by AI

Because it’s not real

And that’s what poetry is supposed to be…

 

Bad poetry fakes similes and metaphors like;

“I feel like a roach swimming in a glass of wine

That I can never escape”

 

This is bad poetry.

Since landing here in 2014 I have realised that there are no bad poets just those that are more or less skilled than others. Have also discovered there are some right arse holes that, on and off, frequent the cafe!

Give me V-8 and real poetry...real poetry.
