School?

School?

A Poem by Amanda Renee

I wasn’t sure if I saw you the other day,

Or in a dream,

But I know that I saw you.

Standing there sheepishly,

With a book in hand.

And I remember, being you,

A little girl,

Learning more from the world,

And books,

Then school could ever do.
