Just a short piece on the betrayal of friend !

You were a true Pal I thought

Until You Unveiled the mask

And behind it  was "Brutus" 

I am distraught :(

I'm learning that a poem doesn't have to be long; just right. Your poem is just right. Could you say more? Probably. Do you need to? Probably not.

Brutus sort of says it all even without saying a word. I like that you used the word "distraught" because it speeks volumes here.
