Who You Are

Do you know who you are?

Although time is going by

It seems like nothing is changing,

Not for you or your family or your friends.

Yet you know with every day is passing

A bit of your life, you will never get back.

But no one can help it

Everyday, you just want to be you.

But this is hard to do,

If you don’t even know who you are.

Sorry if the flow is a little weird. I wrote this a long time ago and couldn't figure out how reword it without ruining the point.
