Cornizzolo

This is my first poem ever. I wrote it on November the 9th, 2007 and it is about the description of the nature on a mountain named Cornizzolo, situated near my hometown.

E s'erge.

Dolce rilievo,

coi  vivaci colori,

un alternarsi di rosso e verde.

Dalla cima una croce domina

quel paesaggio,

a noi familiare.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION:

And it rises.

Gentle hill,

bright-colored,

a little red, a little green.

At the top a cross dominates

that landscape,

so familiar to us.
