Lonely Writer

Just a writer who is lonely and bored. Wants something different to do, so writing a lonely poem is the best way to go.

I seem to stay lonely

So I hit the keys

Then watch the mouse go

Don't gain much

Search to find

Somehow come back

Another time

Just a lonely writer

Friends were not there

No one around

Still going strong

And you are along

It is cool

There are rules

No games to play

Just alone

Everything I do not know

I learn things

But I don't have friends

The reason I know not

Love on Friday

So tired I am

Keys I hit

I crave loneliness

Don't have enough

Don't know what to do

As I close my eyes

The loner I am

Lost without doubt

Don't know who I am

Never will you find me

Just the writer

Interesting and thought provoking writing-I was interested in the line "I crave loneliness"-so do I sometimes and of course there is a great difference between lonely and choosing to be alone
