Like a baby howlsA Poem by StarrbittA werewolf baby comes to life and its a true nightmare..Upon the crib bars grip two hands, furred and clawed From the hands are two arms, brown and soft Up the arms is a growl, small yet fanged Glowing eyes mark the face, they winked and they sang
Rails fall to the floor as they rattle, the baby howls Out comes a leg, out hops a stench so foul On all fours the baby bounds, the door slung from a hinge She races into the night, the fog a tinge
Passengers cry in fright, shuddering at the beast The moon is full, the wind promising a feast Down the road towards a home, a human baby cries Her legs go faster, she bursts where the baby lies
Cradled in his mothers arms, he stares back at her From the floor she stares right back, fangs snapped together Then she leaps, takes a murderous bite A loud howl rings through the silent night
